The breast milk pasteurizer is used in maternity hospitals for pasteurizing breast milk. The capacity is 9–14 liters, depending on the bottle size.
The device is controlled via a touch screen and each pasteurization event is stored in the device’s memory, from which the data can be transferred to a computer. A temperature sensor installed in the reference bottle precisely controls heating and cooling in all program stages. Sufficient heating capacity speeds up the heating of the milk. At the end of pasteurization, the milk is cooled quickly. During the process, the temperature can be monitored on the device’s display. In addition to the pasteurization program, the device has a disinfection program.
